ASMI
Founded in 1968, the Association of Singapore Marine & Offshore Energy Industries (ASMI) is the leading trade association for Singapore’s marine and offshore energy sectors. It plays a vital role in fostering collaboration, driving technological advancement, and building workforce excellence across the industry.
ICF Group is proud to be represented in ASMI by our CEO, Dr. Annie Chua, who has served as a Council Member for three terms*, including during the challenging COVID-19 period. Her active involvement reflects ICF Group’s dedication to contributing to the industry’s growth, resilience, and sustainability.
Our CEO, Dr. Annie Chua, has chaired the ASMI Women’s Wing ever since its official launch on 27 April 2023, graced by Senior Minister of State, Ms Low Yen Ling. The Women’s Wing was established to empower and connect women professionals in the marine and offshore energy sectors, providing a platform for mentorship, networking, and leadership development—championing diversity and inspiring the next generation of women leaders.

ICF Group is also unionised with the Shipbuilding and Marine Engineering Employees’ Union (SMEEU), which advocates fair employment practices, skills development, and workforce well-being.
